Our program is open from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.

The best way to secure enrollment for your child is to join our waitlist. You can join our waitlist by submitting a form on our contact page. When we have reached your family on the waitlist, we will make contact to set up an in-person tour and discuss enrollment.
We do generally have a wait list, although this is ever-changing. We cannot measure the length of our wait list, as we consider many factors when enrolling a child.
- 03
Due to the high level of inquiry that our program receives, we tour families as openings become available. For the safety and security of the children in our program, tours occur after hours.
- 04
Our program is licensed by the State of Indiana Family and Social Service Administration. We are Paths to Quality rated and in the process of becoming nationally accredited.
- 05
All children are enrolled full-time with the opportunity to attend Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, as our curriculum is a full-day experience. While children are welcome to attend half-days or fewer days, we feel they gain the most from their experience when they attend daily until noon, or a minimum of three full days per week.
- 06
Our program follows many practices that promote the safety of children, families, and teachers in our program. Our program is secured by cameras and an alarm system.
- 07
Our maximum teacher to child ratios are 1:8 or 2:16, although we have 2-3 teachers present daily.
- 08
Our program enrolls children ages 2-5 years. Children are not required to be toilet trained.
- 09
Our program does not offer tuition scholarships at this time. We accept child subsidy sponsored by employers and the Child Care Development Fund.

We are a year-round program with a closure schedule that is revised annually.
Our single day closures include Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. Our multi-day closures include spring, fall, and winter breaks that align with the Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation (BCSC) closure calendar, and a three-day closure for Thanksgiving break.

All teachers will receive a background check, drug screen, TB test, physical, bloodborne pathogens training, and CPR/First Aid certification. Teachers must complete 20 hours of state-required health and safety trainings upon hire and annually.
Teachers will complete 80 hours of program and curriculum training in their first 90 days of employment. Teachers that have not obtained their Child Development Associate or a degree in early childhood will be required to begin coursework within 90 days of employment, and obtain their CDA within 6 months.

Tuition is based on the annual cost of care for a child to attend Bei Bambini. Tuition is paid weekly and includes curriculum content, meals, wipes, sunscreen, and bug repellent. There are no additional fees.

Our menus align with the USDA's Child and Adult Care Food Program guidelines and are reviewed by a dietician.
We are an allergy-aware program, so food or drinks that contain nuts will not be served in the program. All food and drinks coming into the program for celebrations or special events must be approved by the director.
If your child has special dietary needs related to religious practices, personal preferences, or allergies, we will modify the menu to meet the child's needs. Please communicate with the program director to develop a plan for your child.

Diapers, changes of clothing, a swimsuit, and seasonally appropriate outdoor shoes are supplies that your child will need depending on their age. We store all of the above child supplies onsite. Bei Bambini school totes are provided for families to bring supplies back and forth.
- 15
Our tuition rates are based on the annual cost of care per child, which includes paying teachers and other operational expenses. For this reason, we are unable to offer tuition discounts.

Everyone is welcome in our program! We are inclusive in meeting the developmental needs of each child and respect the personal preferences and practices of each family. We observe many cultural celebrations and incorporate ethnic foods into our menu. Some of our cultural celebrations include Eid, Diwali, Holi, Kwanzaa, and Hanukkah. Our program is secular in its practices, so all celebrations are taught from a cultural approach.

We follow a written curriculum that consists of many components. Reggio values and practices are at the core of everything we do. All planning and practices align with Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP.) We believe that play is the foundational experience that promotes curiosity, problem-solving, and a natural love for learning.
We utilize Creative Curriculum to plan and implement all intentional learning content and iSprout Indiana to assess children. Child-centered learning experiences and building life skills are the foundation of our children's work. Our unique preschool program is registered with the State of Indiana and is qualified to serve On My Way Pre-K children.

Our program uses Playground to connect with our families. This app includes a messenger for communication, our menu and calendar, a log of daily activities, curriculum plans, and developmental documentation.
