Adrienne is the owner, director, and primary teacher at Bei Bambini, with over a decade of leadership and teaching experience. Her work with children ages 0-6 includes supporting neurodivergent learners and children with developmental delays. Driven by a passion for preserving the authentic early childhood experience, she believes that whole child development is just as important as academic readiness when preparing children for the kindergarten classroom. Adrienne is an advocate for inclusivity in early childhood and families having access to high-quality programs. She holds a Child Development Associate in Preschool Education and is on track to complete her degree in Early Childhood Administration in 2026.

A proud member of the Columbus community for over 20 years, Adrienne opened Bei Bambini in 2014 following a career in healthcare. From 2017-2019, Bei Bambini expanded from one location serving 16 children and 2 teachers to four locations serving 60 children with a team of 10 teachers. In 2021, all locations were consolidated into a temporary center in preparation for the construction of a new, permanent facility. In 2023, after thoughtful reflection on program values and the growing systemic challenges in early childhood education, Adrienne made the intentional decision to return Bei Bambini to its roots. By early 2024, the program downsized to a single preschool location serving 16 children with 3 teachers—shifting the focus back to cultivating close relationships with families and providing a unique, high-quality experience for each child.
